This very old rum is the result of aging in selected American oak barrels of 200 liters whose interior has been dug in spirals to let several levels of heating emerge.

This innovation, in partnership with our historic cooper, ensures that this "BRI" cuvée has an exceptional aromatic profile. The round and warm attack gradually reveals a rare complexity where notes of perfectly ripe figs and candied prunes mingle with a refined and complex woodiness. With aeration, the aromas of Bourbon vanilla, cinnamon and long Java pepper are expressed, delicately giving way to a finish of freshly roasted hazelnut and cocoa bean.
