A tradition rooted in history

Although the New Grove brand was founded in 2005, its history dates back to 1838, when the Harel brothers developed the cultivation of sugar cane on the Belle Vue plantation. Today, the brand continues this legacy by producing rums aged with precision and authenticity.

Refined double ageing

This 5-year-old rum benefits from a passage in French oak barrels from Limousin, which gives it structure and roundness, followed by a finish in port barrels, enriching its profile with fruity and stewed notes.

A harmonious aromatic profile

The nose reveals aromas of apple, orange and jammy red fruits. On the palate, the honeyed texture is accompanied by subtle vanilla and peppery touches. The finish, elegant and persistent, leaves a pleasant sweetness in the mouth.
