It is a blend of ex-bourbon and ex-cognac oak barrels. It is the very first batch of the distillery, it bears the number 1 with 3,718 bottles, all numbered.

Saint Aubin

Located on the rolling slopes of southern Mauritius, La Plantation de Saint Aubin has been cultivating sugar cane since 1819. Its name comes from one of its first owners, Pierre de Saint Aubin.
