The fusion range is composed of natural ingredients. Spices and tropical fruits are harvested in the orchards of the property, cleaned and if necessary cut before being dried at low temperature. They are then added to 40% white rum and infused for at least 1 month.

Once infused, the rum is filtered, sweetened by the addition of cane sugar syrup and finally bottled.

This spiced rum is characterized by an explosion of exotic scents where notes of cinnamon, star anise, citronella, citrus and vanilla are combined in a harmonious ballet. The result is a rich, generous and powerful rum that will bring a new dimension to your favorite cocktails .

Formerly Rhumerie de Mascareignes, Le domaine de Labourdonnais was founded in 1771 and houses a castle, now converted into a museum. Located in Mapou this distillery uses fresh cane juice for the creation of these rums.
