Mauritian excellence in unique casks

The Grays Distillery, located in the north of Mauritius, makes New Grove rums from local cane molasses and pure spring water filtered by the island's volcanic soils. The Savoir-Faire range represents the pinnacle of production: single cask selections bottled without blending, each cask delivering a unique profile. This cask n°550, distilled in 2010, has matured in the tropical cellars of Mauritius.

A refined tropical vintage

The nose opens with aromas of bourbon vanilla, candied tropical fruits, toasted coconut and buttered caramel. The palate is round and silky, unfolding notes of toffee, flambéed banana, sweet spices and toasted oak. The finish is long and warm, with a touch of cocoa and nutmeg. A tasting rum that highlights the finesse of rums from the Indian Ocean.
