A Passionate Collaboration for Savanna - Herrline

In 2023, Savanna - Herrline was born from the union between the Savanna distillery and Mika Barbaria, the founder of Swell de Spirits. This unique project highlights HERR, a High Esters rum known for its complexity and exuberant character. Cask n°268, selected for this first vintage, was distilled in 2009, before resting in stainless steel vats for more than 5 years, then aged on January 2, 2015 for a bottling in 2024, i.e. more than 8 years in wood. This long maturation process ensures an unequalled depth and aromatic richness.

Established in 2021, Swell de Spirits is an independent family-owned bottler based in France. Michael and Kelly's international background, passion for travel, and appreciation for a good drink created the vision that gave birth to the Swell de Spirits brand.
