A legacy of Jamaican blends

The Burke's brand, founded in Jamaica, was known for its intensely aromatic rum blends, which were very popular in Germany. This White Blend continues this tradition with a unique blend of molasses rums in pot stills, offering a remarkable richness of esters (444 g/hlap).

An explosive flavour profile

On the nose, a fruity exuberance prevails, dominated by very ripe jackfruit and pastry notes of almond and brioche. On the palate, the power is expressed with almost metallic tropical fruits, before softening to a creamy texture. The finish, iodized and persistent, reveals accents of olive, the signature of a white rum with an ultra-aromatic character.
