Famille Ricci Rum Dynasty
Four distinct origins are united, from South America, Asia, Oceania and the Caribbean. This blend includes rums made from both molasses and pure cane juice, distilled using different methods, whether in column or still. Each of these rums was then aged between 3 and 7 years in its country of origin.
The know-how of the famille ricci then intervenes in a complex breeding process. They use a multitude of barrels, with wood species, heaters and varied origins. Thus, they can use new barrels, but also those that have previously contained bourbon, cognac or pineau blanc, as is the case here.
After a meticulous blending, the result of numerous tastings, the rum is finally bottled with a light dosage of 13 grams of sugar per liter, bringing an additional roundness to the whole.
