Made from hand-peeled canes, a local variety from the Issan region (Thailand). Double distillation in pot-still. This rum is the result of a close collaboration between the Issan distillery and the House Ferroni. The first distillation was carried out in Thailand by Issan, and the second distillation was carried out in Provence by the House Ferroni.
