The story of the Nobilis Rum - Trinidad 2001 N°27 - 21 years begins at the Trinidad Distillers Limited (TDL), built in 1947 to produce exceptional rums and for the world-famous brand, Angostura. Now one of the largest distilleries in the Caribbean, this distillery has gone through decades of change and innovation. In 1975, a Savalle distillation column was replaced by a five-stage column to meet the growing demand, especially that of Bacardi. The 2001 vintage rum comes from a single barrel, allowing this rum to retain a unique complexity thanks to a tropical aging of 21 years. Every drop of this limited edition, with only 227 bottles available, is an invitation to enjoy a powerful and rare rum.
