A rare testament to the Ten Cane Distillery

This rum comes from the defunct Ten Cane distillery, known for its innovative approach in Trinidad. Distilled in Column Still in 2008, it has benefited from a long tropical ageing of 17 years in Bourbon barrels, without any additions. This single cask, bottled at 62.1°, reveals all the singularity of this vanished production.

A vibrant flavour profile

The nose opens with aromas of citrus, cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, lemon marmalade and quince blend with notes of coconut, cocoa and dates, enhanced by a subtle woodiness. The finish combines sweet spices and persistent freshness.
