The Caronidistillery, founded in 1918, is a legend in the world of rum. This rum is produced from one of the last stocks of this distillery closed in 2003. Although it was a mainstay of the rum industry in Trinidad, Caroni ceased operations after decades of financial difficulties. However, its rums, known for their heavy and powerful profile, have survived thanks to independent bottlers. Nobilis Rum - Trinidad Caroni 1998 N°20 is an exceptional example of these bottlings, aged for 24 years in barrels. This heavy, column-distilled rum seduces with its rich and complex profile, the result of its long aging in barrels. The bottling is very limited, with only 176 bottles, making it a real rarity.
