This continuous distillation method was devised at the end of the 19th century by the Frenchman Emile Barbet. Made from quality sugar cane molasses, this brilliant golden rum is distilled 100% in Barbet column, then aged in American white oak barrels. Its aromatic profile is fruity, creamy and smoky.
