Chapter 7

Inspired by Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man, the brand name represents the different stages of whisky maturation. The brand's design is inspired by literature and road signs, with unique typography and design.

Selim started the Chapter 7 project in 2014 out of a passion for discovering whisky. In 2019, together with Sebastian, they launched new editions and opened a bottling facility in Glasgow. Chapter 7 is an independent bottler that discovers unique and non-reproducible whiskies and rums.
