Duncan Taylor is an independent bottler, i.e. it does not distill but carefully selects its distillates from distilleries, and bottles the rum without adding dyes, and without cold filtration.

The rums marketed by Duncan Taylor are bottled after a rigorous selection of both the alcohol and the barrel itself, and matured in the cellars of the producing distillery. The company has a bottling line in Huntly.
