Ferroni Collection Guillaume de Roany Torna Viagem
A 3-year-old molasses rum from the Beenleigh distillery in Australia, aged in Bourbon barrels before reaching the Château des Creissauds in Aubagne where Guillaume Ferroni and his teams intoned it in barrels of Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. After 14 months of finishing in this barrel, we selected this rum to make it undergo a third maturation in a small 50-litre barrel ex Pedro Jimenez (PX) during the transatlantic rotation of the cargo sailboat Gallant between Europe and the Caribbean.
50cl bottle of 54.2% cask strength sold with a 10cl vial of rum before finishing under sail in PX 54.9%.
