Guillaume de Roany is a bottler brand that selects agricultural rums with character to offer them as single casks. The Coupeur de Cannes range pays tribute to cane workers, pillars of rum production. This agricultural rum has been aged for 4 years in oak barrels, then refined in a barrel containing old plum, a traditional French brandy, bringing a fruity and original touch.

A finish that changes everything

The passage into old plum barrels enriches the rum with unexpected notes. The nose mixes fresh cane, ripe plum, almond and fine wood. The palate is greedy and complex, with aromas of stone fruit, marzipan, vanilla and a hint of fruity brandy.
