Introducing rye single barrel
This Willet - 12 Year Old 2012 Rye Single Barrel is based on a mash bill of 74% rye, 11% corn and 15% malted barley. Aged entirely on the distillery's site in new American oak barrels, it comes from the single cask #2283 and was only produced in 108 bottles. Bottled at 61%, it expresses all the complexity and depth of a long-matured rye.
Character and expression
