Novo Fogo, a fervent advocate of organic farming, meticulously selects each sugar cane, traditionally harvested with a machete, to squeeze its pure juice in the following hours, capturing the very essence of Brazilian nature.

Its innovative maturation process, starting in ex-Bourbon oak barrels before ending in Arariba barrels, Brazil's emblematic wood, gives this cachaça a unique red color and exceptional taste notes.
