Old for 1 year in American oak barrels, Chameleon Novo Fogo cachaça combines the tasty identity of their Silver cachaça with the tasty notes of vanilla brought by the barrel. Its nose opens with notes of hazelnut. In the mouth, the attack is sharp on the spices. Very quickly the brown sugar and vanilla calm the fire for a fresh finish that stretches on the citrus fruits.
