Allpossibledaiquiris 003, #thelostdaiquiri: This unique daiquiri draws its essence from the Rivers Rum, coming from a forgotten distillery in the meanders of time, in the north of Grenada. This distillery was once powered by a watermill. The cane juice, by the force of gravity, was brought to a boil and fermented thanks to techniques that are now eclipsed by progress. Distillation was then carried out in a double pot still heated over a wood fire. Cleverly, the spirit is paired with organic lime juice and organic sugar syrup.
