How does the Solera system work?
This system was first designed in Spain and has been used for many different liquids, with Sherry being the most obvious, and balsamic vinegar perhaps the most surprising.

The rums TRES HOMBRES are transported from the Caribbean by the schooner of the same name, bottled in Amsterdam by the company Fairtransport of which les frères de la côte are representative in France.
