Since 2011, the Planteray Single Casks collection has brought together rums from unique casks, selected to express their origin while exploring new methods of maturation. Distilled in Fiji in 2009, this rum benefits from Planteray's characteristic double aging technique, alternating tropical and continental environments. After 10 years of maturation, its journey is extended by a third stage in Kilchoman barrels. This particular finish is a testament to the collaboration esprit that drives Planteray Single Casks and offers an original interpretation of Fijian rum, at the crossroads of different traditions of aging spirits.
