A white rum with character by Bonne Mère

Produced by the Bonne Mère distillery in Sainte-Rose, Guadeloupe, this rum benefits from a 3-year tropical ageing in first-fill bourbon barrels, followed by a 3-month refinement in Jurançon barrels from the Lajibe estate. The use of fine-grained French oak and a slow reduction in the barrel bring depth and elegance to the whole.

Tasting notes

On the nose, aromas evoking warm croissant, orange marmalade and tangy apricot are revealed. The palate, lively and salivating, reveals notes of overripe mango, tamarind, candied melon, carried by a saline tension and a subtle touch of Jurançon. The finish, long and unctuous, expresses itself on the liveliness of passion fruit. A white rum for tasting, structured and expressive.
