Aged for a minimum of 7 years in small American oak barrels with a capacity of 220 litres, the rum was then declined in two versions: a first at 42° after reduction and brewing, and a "cask strength" version at 66.9°.

Our tasting notes for Vintage 2009 42°

Nose : fruits cuits, sucre roux, vanille

Palate : souple, grasse, boisée

Finish : légèrement épicée.
