Controlled tropical ageing

Expertly crafted, this rum benefits from a prolonged refinement that enriches its structure and complexity. The double influence of pure cane juice and molasses gives it a unique aromatic palette, oscillating between greediness and woody depth.

A generous and elegant aromatic profile

On the nose, it opens with a pastry register marked by candied fruit cake, rum/raisin ice cream and woody notes reminiscent of grenadine syrup. With aeration, spicier and resinous aromas appear, accompanied by a touch of leather. On the palate, the soft attack gives way to a slightly spicy caramel, before revealing notes of almond, stones and a subtle saline touch. The long and persistent finish evolves on accents of kirsch cherry and a pleasant iodine sensation.
