Initially aged for seven years in first-fill bourbon casks, the Bothy then acquires additional complexity through two years of maturation in small 125-liter American oak barrels. This method, which favours a closer contact between the whisky and the wood, enriches the spirit with a remarkable roundness and sweetness, while preserving a fascinating aromatic power. Bottled at 56.20% cask strength , each bottle captures the pure, undiluted essence of this exceptional whisky.
