Exceptional ageing

Aged with precision, this whisky develops the full depth of Matusalem sherry casks, offering an elegant structure and an intense aromatic palette. The Dalmore distillery is recognized for its expertise in refining in sherry casks, and this cuvée is the most accomplished expression of this.

A refined and opulent aromatic profile

On the nose, bewitching aromas of dried fruit, dark chocolate and sweet spices intertwine with notes of marmalade and roasted coffee. On the palate, the velvety texture reveals complex flavours of candied grapes, toasted almonds and caramel, supported by a subtle woody influence. The long and persistent finish prolongs the pleasure with touches of cocoa and blond tobacco, signing an exceptional tasting.
