Product Overview

With Vagabond Spirits - WTF No2 WTF "Bombe" Jamaica High Esters and Grand Arôme, the artisanal distillery has signed a radical bottling , combining technicality and audacity. This rum is a Jamaican multi-blend aged for a year in vats before benefiting from an additional three months in a terracotta amphora, a rare refinement that softens the strength of the alcohol while preserving its aromatic intensity. Slowly reduced from 76.5% to 62% over three months, it has an exceptional level of 820 g/hLAP of esters and 2158 g/hLAP of volatile compounds. Less than 200 bottles were produced, making this reference particularly sought after.

Tasting notes

On the nose, the esters explode with an almost hallucinatory power: glue, harlequin candy, olive, tapenade, brine and a sweet touch of liquorice make up a striking olfactory universe. On the palate, minty freshness and eucalyptus intertwine with fatty notes of liquorice. The finish is oriented towards persistent vegetal aromas, between zan and eucalyptus. An extreme and fascinating rum.
