ETSU Pacific Ocean Water
Fresh water from the mountain spring and seawater from the Sea of Japan are added to carefully selected plants, such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.
