A tribute to the terroir of Madeira: 970 Wine Cask Finish Edition 2015

This vintage agricultural rum is a pure product of the island of Madeira, where sugar cane is harvested by hand and transformed into "Garapa", a juice fermented and distilled with care in Engenhos Do Norte, in the village of Porto da Cruz. Distilled in 2015 in three copper stills, this rum was then aged for 8 years in an oak barrel that housed the famous Madeira wine.

A single cask with a strong character

From a single cask, the 970 Wine Cask Finish Edition 2015 has an alcohol content of 55.5% and has only 267 bottles, offering a rare tasting experience. This choice from Bar 1802 (Hotel Monte Cristo in Paris) reflects Portuguese craftsmanship and pays homage to the Da Trindade Inacio family, expertly selected by Christopher Bellail.
