Distilled in 2015 at Engenhos Do Norte, the 970 Wine Cask Finish Edition 2015 - 8 Year Old - Fût 301 Bar 1802 draws its character from the richness of the Madeira terroir. The sugar cane, carefully harvested by hand from the slopes of the island, is transformed into "Garapa", a fermented juice and then distilled in copper column stills, emblematic of the region.
