Cantique is much more than just an old rum, it is a true work of art. Produced by the A1710distillery, this 2018 vintage offers exceptional quality thanks to its organic certification and its monovarietal character, based on blue cane B69-566. Distilled in cask strength, this rum displays an impressive aromatic power with its 55.2% alcohol.

A unique sensory journey

This rum is distinguished by its mahogany colour with copper reflections. Upon tasting, complex aromas of orange peel, pineapple tatin, and smoked vanilla are revealed, while the palate reveals bold flavors of candied mango, mountain honey, and black tea. A subtle note of Espelette pepper and saffron enhances this taste experience.
