It is ground only once in order to extract its nectar. This first and only press makes it possible to recover the best and purest juice. Distilled in a copper still with its 7-tray column, Bête à feu is slowly reduced to 50.9%.

Our tasting notes for Fire Beast

Nose : premières notes de cannes fraîches, florales et miel. Complétées par un caractère minéral (silex) et zeste d'agrumes. Pour un ensemble harmonieux et intense.

Palate : Expression des arômes floraux et fruités (poire et miel)

Finish : Belle tenue sur le palais, longueur des notes minérales et pointe poivrée.
