A unique organic rum

Made from organic cinnamon cane grown in monovarietal, this cuvée reveals a distinctive profile. After fermentation and meticulous distillation, it rests for 11 months to reach a Venetian blond colour with copper reflections. Bottled at 55.2°, this limited edition seduces with its controlled intensity.

Flavour profile

The nose evokes sweet spices, citrus, white flowers and cocoa butter. On the palate, cardamom precedes fresh bean and a hint of cloves, for a lively and balanced expression. The finish, long and elegant, pays tribute to the richness of organic cinnamon cane.
