Distillery heritage

Since 1882, Habitation Saint-Étienne has been perpetuating Martinique's rum-making traditions, developing a recognized expertise in the production of AOC agricultural rums. This family-owned distillery has built a reputation for excellence by exploring the possibilities offered by different types of aging.

Ageing and maturation

This amber rum is aged in old American bourbon barrels, a technique that enriches Martinique agricultural rum with vanilla and spicy aromas. This short but effective maturation reveals a balanced aromatic profile, ideal for sublimating cocktails while preserving the authenticity of the Martinique terroir.
