An iconic family distillery
The La Favorite distillery in Martinique remains one of the few still entirely independent and steam-powered. It highlights an artisanal know-how passed down for several generations, giving birth to authentic and sought-after rums.
A box designed for tasting
This box includes a Cœur de Canne Aged in wood, from a passage in barrels that enriches the aromatic profile of the white rum. The two included ti-punch glasses allow you to fully appreciate this cuvée in a friendly setting, faithful to the Martinican art of living.
Tasting notes
The nose reveals aromas of fresh cane underlined by vanilla and honey. The palate, round and balanced, expresses itself on notes of flambéed banana and toasted wood. The delicate, honeyed finish elegantly prolongs the taste experience.

La Favorite is a family and independent distillery, one of the last in Martinique It distills, every year for nearly 180 years, about 450,000 liters of agricultural rum in an authentic and artisanal way.
