A Martinican distillery with preserved know-how

Located in the heart of Martinique, the La Favorite distillery is one of the last family distilleries on the island to produce agricultural rum using traditional methods. The freshly harvested sugar cane is quickly pressed to extract the juice, fermented and then distilled in a Creole column. This process highlights the authentic expression of the Martinique terroir and the AOC Martinique agricultural rum.

The La Favorite Cœur de Canne VO is aged for a minimum of three years in oak barrels. This maturation brings structure and roundness while retaining the vegetal and elegant personality specific to agricultural rums. This old rum is aimed at spirits lovers looking for a balance between tradition, character and expression of the Martinique terroir.

La Favorite is a family and independent distillery, one of the last in Martinique It distills, every year for nearly 180 years, about 450,000 liters of agricultural rum in an authentic and artisanal way.
