The old Hardy rum comes from the Hardy plantations whose heir, Jean Claude Hardy bottles and sticks the labels by hand. This bottle remained in its container intact: the one-liter bottle.

Hardy

Founded in 1830 by Emilien Bonneville, the Hardy plantation is located in Tartane on the Caravelle peninsula (Martinique). All that remains are the ruins of the steam engines and fermentation tanks.
