This white rum, made from the distillation of pure cane juice, reveals intense floral notes of ripe sugar cane , honey and orange blossom.

Then come fruity notes of lime, enhanced by slightly peppery nuances. On the palate, its sweetness and roundness will enhance your ti-punch and seduce your palate.

Founded in 1830 by Emilien Bonneville, the Hardy plantation is located in Tartane on the Caravelle peninsula (Martinique). All that remains are the ruins of the steam engines and fermentation tanks.
