Hardy Agricultural straw rum

Straw Hardy Rum is produced from sugar cane located in the heart of the Caravelle peninsula and its surroundings, on the Atlantic coast. This Straw Rum is made with the distillate of pure cane juice, aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, until it obtains its beautiful straw color.

Its tasting reveals a first nose of acacia honey, beeswax, finely vanilla. Then it evolves towards fruity notes (figs and dates) that invite you to taste it. In the mouth its roundness and sweetness will seduce you.

Founded in 1830 by Emilien Bonneville, the Hardy plantation is located in Tartane on the Caravelle peninsula (Martinique). All that remains are the ruins of the steam engines and fermentation tanks.
