The first AOC organic rum in the world, the Esprit Bio confirms the talent shown by the small Carbet distillery. It is produced from sugar cane harvested on the plots around the distillery (red cane B64, cinnamon B82.033 and zicak B59). L'Esprit Bio is distinguished by its omnipresent notes of fresh cane, this ode to the earth. In the blink of an eye, we find ourselves in the middle of a cane field in the middle of the harvest.

Neisson

Since its creation in 1931, the Neisson distillery has preserved in the purest Martinican tradition the components of a rum with incomparable flavors and taste. Packaged in a bottle with generous shapes, reasonable among all: "Zépol Karé" as the amateurs say, our rums are the result of a know-how constantly renewed from the cane fields to the aging cellars.
