Replacing the 240th anniversary cuvée, this cuvée is the result of a unique know-how and ageing in small barrels. Its aromatic profile has been carefully worked to reflect all the major families of aged rum, including the most discreet.

An intense and refined nose

The nose reveals a sweet and fruity dominance, unprecedented for a Saint James. Notes of fig and dried dates intertwine with a touch of undergrowth, roasted mocha and spices, offering remarkable complexity.

A full-bodied and warm palate

The attack first reveals a subtle woodiness, before blossoming into a warm and fat texture. The balance between fruit in brandy (morello cherry, prune) and melted tannins gives this rum an exceptional length in the mouth.

An award-winning rum

This concentrate of aromas, a true tribute to the ageing of Saint Jamesrums, was awarded a gold medal at the 2023 Concours Général Agricole de Paris. Presented in a prestigious bottle, it is aimed at lovers of exceptional rums.
