This vintage cuvée is the reflection of a year with very favorable climatic characteristics offering a quality casting rum for aging.
The result of a slow and natural reduction of 15 years in a tropical environment, in the north-north-east of Martinique, facing the Atlantic Ocean, this vintage cuvée reveals notes of candied fruit and almond, mixed with roasted coffee. Its long finish all in delicacy masters the 59 ° highlighting the meticulousness of the work of the Cellar Master, Marc Sassier. This AOC Martinique cuvée is the result of a selection of the founders of the facebook group, Jerry Gitany and Benoit Bail.

Nose : Cuir, vieille patine, pommes compotées, pruneau, cerise à l'eau de vie, bois noble.

Palate : Cerise à l'eau de vie, cuir, café, orange amère, amande.

Finish : Très très longue sur le bois de santal.
