The 1L Straw Rum Hardy is made from sugar cane grown on the Caravelle peninsula, located on the Atlantic coast of Martinique. Respecting the tradition of agricultural rums, it is distilled from pure cane juice, guaranteeing a unique quality and authenticity.

The secret of ageing in oak barrels

This rum is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, during which time it develops its golden hue and refined aromas. Its aromatic palette blends fruity notes of pineapple and citrus with subtle nuances of vanilla and pepper.

Founded in 1830 by Emilien Bonneville, the Hardy plantation is located in Tartane on the Caravelle peninsula (Martinique). All that remains are the ruins of the steam engines and fermentation tanks.
