Old Rum Farm of the family and artisanal distillery "La Favorite" whose 100% of the cane is cut by hand and crushed using a 100% autonomous steam engine because it worked with the residue of the crushed cane.

After a 6-month voyage entirely under sail to Amsterdam, this unique blend has benefited from a dynamic ageing, giving it an important aromatic evolution.
