Matured in oak barrels, this agricultural rum benefits from three years of maturation which gives it depth and complexity. This cuvée, which replaces the historic Carte Noire, affirms Dillon 's commitment to offering exceptional rums.

A refined aromatic profile

On the nose, chocolate notes of cocoa and dark chocolate mingle with a fruity bouquet dominated by prune, fig, candied banana and coconut, enhanced by a touch of vanilla. On the palate, these aromas intertwine harmoniously, supported by a subtle woody structure.

A tasting rum

Soft and structured, Dillon VO is ideally appreciated as a digestive. To enhance its flavours, it pairs perfectly with a square of dark chocolate, offering an even more intense sensory experience.
