Distilled twice from fresh cane juice in our copper still, it is served raw and without reduction. For this 2020 harvest, the plots of Mrs. Joseph Sylvestre and Mr. Paul Octave de Ducos and the Holy Spirit have been selected for this 2020 harvest.

The canes are cut by hand and pressed only once.
After a long fermentation (5 to 7 days), the vesou is distilled twice several days apart.

Subtle and elegant, the Fine Pearl is tasted at 67.5%, its natural degree.
The expressive and rich nose welcomes us with floral, fruity notes and freshly squeezed cane juice before evolving into notes of spices. On the palate, the attack is gentle and unctuous. We are carried away by flavors of linden, sugar cane, pear and citrus.

The Perle Fine 2020 is a very round rum that brings us a beautiful length rich in aromas.
An elegant and balanced eau-de-vie that holds all the promises of an extraordinary cuvée.
