When Jacques Bally bought the Lajus house in 1917, he focused on the aging of cane juice to design unequivocally old rums.

The bet is launched and it is raised hands down, and for good reason; It is from cognac that he borrowed the aging technique. He used white oak barrels, Limousin, for the aging of his rum.
