Bougainville VSOP celebrates l'esprit of the great explorers. Inspired by Louis-Antoine de Bougainville, the first Frenchman to sail around the globe, this rum is an ode to daring journeys and discovery. Produced by the renowned Oxenham Craft Distillery of Mauritius.

This rum stands out for its unique four-year aging process in Pedro Ximenez and Olorosso Sherry casks, giving it unparalleled depth and complexity.

From the first sip, gourmet notes of honey mingle with aromas of exotic fruits and spices. A woody base, of great finesse, accompanies touches of nuts, creating an elegant and persistent harmony in the mouth.

The Oxenham Craft Distillery is the newest and smallest distillery in Mauritius, located at the headquarters of the parent company in the Phenix region, in the center of the island.

It is the only distillery in Mauritius to make molasses rums in still.
